He founded NEMA Strategic Land UK in 2020 and Formic Investments Limited in 2023 as a partner in NEMA Strategic Land and as a vehicle to deliver further projects on behalf of his investors.

- He is the Founding Director of Apium, UK-based real estate investment advisory firm focused on investing in real estate and real estate-back companies.
- As Executive Director and Head of European Investments, he opened Timbercreek’s European office and was responsible for the oversight of £300mn of discretionary (two funds) and non-discretionary (five separate accounts) capital to finance real estate acquisitions, developments or recapitalization opportunities across a broad range of asset classes, including two distinct strategies: uni-tranche and mezzanine debt; GP equity participations / pref equity.
- At Brookfield, he was involved in several large M&A and real estate private equity transactions, as well as multiple development projects including the masterplanning and successful bid of a 26-acre, 30M sq ft project on the west side of Manhattan and the development of several 1.0M+ sq ft office towers in Canada, the U.S. and the UK.

Steve Forman
Has over 20 years experience of planning and the development industry. A Chartered Town Planner, he spent the first ten years of his career as a planning consultant advising funds, developers, agents and charities on planning strategy and obtaining planning permissions which enhance asset value.
